Park Lab a forest sound bath on Mt. Tabor
Let the ground take your weight, the bowls take your thoughts, and the trees do the breathing.
Aloka’s summer nature ceremony: 90 minutes of sound, breath and somatic practice on the forested slopes of Mt. Tabor. The bowls bring the medicine; the park does the rest. Scattered Sundays through the summer. New friends are warmly welcomed.

The essentials
- Bring your own setup: a yoga mat, blankets and pillows, and an eye mask if you want the dark.
- Dress in layers. Your body cools when you stop moving, and the ground pulls heat. A wool blanket underneath and a lighter one on top works well.
- Bring water. Snacks are welcome.
- Arrive on time. We start with the light.
- Sunscreen on, hat optional. The canopy filters most of the sun.
- Linger after if you like. Mt. Tabor at golden hour is its own medicine.
