The Aloka Sound Bath is our signature offering. This deeply restorative session weaves together the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, wave drum, handpan, and Koshi chimes to create a sonic journey that is always creative, always connected, and always profoundly meditative. Designed to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, this sound bath invites you to unwind, release tension, and perhaps discover something profound within yourself.

Sound Circle is an experimental meditative playground where the overall experience is relaxed in nature, but very often leads to profound moments. It includes group sharing, new meditation styles, new soundbath instruments, yoga nidra, incense ceremony, reiki, chanting, mantra, qigong, toning, singing, humming, pranayama, and who knows what else. There’s always something new.

Participants wear noise-canceling earmuffs to soften the sound of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, allowing the focus to shift to powerful tactile sensations resonating through the body. An open mic (OM) jam session continues over a visually inspiring film. Play an instrument, sing a mantra, make a sound, as we all accompany the film and each other. Join in and play or just vibe out and passenger. Drop-in/Drop-out anytime (mindful entry & exit appreciated).
