Your weekly reset ritual. Same circle, same hour, every Thursday.
Aloka — Ground Lab is the cannabis-friendly weekly reset ritual at the heart of Aloka's practice — a recurring container where sound, breath, and plant meet to settle the nervous system and return you to yourself. It's not a one-off experience. It's a rhythm. The kind of thing you start arranging your week around.
Each Thursday, the circle opens. Bowls, breath, smoke, stillness. You leave lighter than you came in.
New friends warmly welcomed. Regulars even more so.
Ground Lab is part of the LAB series — Listen · Allow · Belong.
The Arc
A familiar weekly shape, with room for the room to shape it.
Open — Circle blessing, introductions, the Spirit Leaf Ritual, gentle somatic tune-in.
Sound — A guided journey through crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, and shamanic instruments.
Pause — A short seated meditation, a brief share, a collective sigh.
Sound — A softer return — energy work, Reiki undertones, Graham's signature zesting.
Close — The Goodbye Song. Integration. Out into the night.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do participants play instruments? No, not typically, the session is more of an active meditative experience. You'll be guided to explore different meditation, breathwork, and some mindful movement. There is a goodbye song at the end where you are welcome to sing along.
Am I required to smoke or eat edibles? No — You can come and enjoy the journey in the way that you prefer. We do not allow hard drugs.
How smoky does it get? It's really not that bad. We try to keep it intimate with 12 people. We have a larger space, and if it does get a little "too much," we can turn on the fans or open the windows. Also, there's a small atrium off the prop closet where you can take a breather if you're feeling the call.
Do I have to participate? Yes. Be brave. You can do it.
