A Sound Bath Nervous System Reset in the Forest.Let the ground take your weight, the bowls take your thoughts, and the trees do the breathing.
Aloka — Park Lab is Aloka's summer nature meditation ceremony — 90 minutes of sound, breath, and somatic practice held on the forested slopes of Mt. Tabor. A practice of grounding and balance. A reset under open sky. The bowls bring the medicine; the park does the rest.
Six Sundays across the summer. New friends warmly welcomed. Regulars even more so.
Park Lab is part of the LAB series — Listen · Allow · Belong.
The Arc
A 90-minute outdoor ritual, shaped by the day and the light.
Open — Gather on the blankets/grass. Settle in. Land in the body with a brief somatic tune-in.
Breath — Guided breathwork to drop into the parasympathetic.
Sound — Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and shamanic instruments under the canopy.
Listen — 2-minute listen.
Close — Energy work and Graham's signature send-off.
The Essentials

Dress for the park — Layers. Body temp drops when you stop moving.
Hydrate. Bring water. Snacks welcome.
Weather-honest — Light rain we hold space; heavy weather we reschedule. Updates by email day-of.
Outdoor capacity — held to 24. Advance booking recommended.
A Few Tips
A wool blanket under you, a lighter one over — the ground pulls heat.
Sunscreen on, hat optional — the canopy filters most of it.
Phones on silent and tucked away.
Linger after if you want. Mt. Tabor in golden hour is its own medicine.
