As you settle into the serene environment, the gentle hum of crystal singing bowls will guide you into a meditative state, harmonizing body and mind. The carefully curated soundscape, free from spoken guidance, invites you to surrender to the present moment, fostering inner peace and clarity. Each instrument’s tone is designed to balance energy, release tension, and promote profound relaxation.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in silently.

From the moment you enter the building, a no-talking policy creates an atmosphere of stillness, allowing the resonant tones of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to guide you into deep relaxation. This 60-minute session is crafted for those seeking a meditative escape, free from verbal guidance, where sound and silence work in harmony to restore balance.

What to Expect

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed into a serene space where silence is observed—no talking, no distractions. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in quietly with your yoga mat, blanket, or cushion. The session begins with the gentle hum of crystal singing bowls, followed by a carefully curated soundscape of resonant instruments. Without spoken instructions, the vibrations lead you into a meditative state, encouraging introspection and calm. The experience concludes in silence, allowing you to carry the tranquility with you as you leave.

  • Arrive on Time: Please arrive promptly to give yourself time to settle in before the session begins.

  • Dress Comfortably: Wear cozy, layered clothing as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.

  • Nests: Bring your yoga mat, bolster, pillow, meditation cushion, and blankets.

  • Stay Cozy: A shawl or blanket will help you stay warm and comfortable, enhancing your experience.

  • Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.

  • Nourishment: Oranges or other seasonal nourishment will be provided. (If you want to bring snacks for others, it will be appreciated but not expected)

  • Other Things - Journal, Crystals or anything you’d like to charge on the mesa, and…Readiness to explore.
