Opening Breathwork & Mindfulness: We begin with guided breathwork and mindfulness exercises to center your mind and body. As part of this grounding ritual, you’ll inflate a biodegradable balloon, infusing it with your intentions and energy.
Traditional Sound Bath: Settle into a state of deep relaxation as soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments wash over you. This meditative journey promotes stress relief, emotional balance, and inner peace.
Balloon Release Ritual: In the final moments, when you’re in a deeply relaxed state, your balloon will be released. This symbolic act represents letting go of what no longer serves you.
