Geoff Falkenberg

Over the years, I have come to understand that breathwork is more than a practice; it's a transformative and natural power that unlocks our innate ability to heal from within. In my sessions, you will learn to use your breath to foster emotional release and mental clarity, enabling a deep connection with your inner self and the world.

Together, we will navigate this journey, feeling and experiencing the subtle yet significant shifts that come from engaging with what you were already doing, just breathing. My role is to help you use breathwork as a tool to become more grounded, balanced, and fulfilled, embracing transformation in its most intuitive form.

Graham Slick — Named Best Sound Bath Experience by Willamette Week’s Best of Portland Readers’ Poll 2025.

A lifelong musician and spirit seeker, Graham has spent the past five years immersed in the world of sound baths, quickly emerging as a master of the form. His background in rhythm, creativity, and spiritual inquiry all converge to shape a style that’s as heart-centered as it is skillful. Expect a passionate, playful, and deeply thoughtful guide who brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to every session.

Class Overview

The journey begins with an optional low-dose adaptogenic mushroom to enhance presence and openness, followed by an introduction to IFS, exploring the relationship between your 'parts' (protective or exiled aspects of self) and the wise, grounded 'Self.' Geoff will then guide you through somatic breathwork to release emotional and energetic blockages, creating a felt sense of internal freedom.

As your breath finds calm, Graham weaves a healing symphony using crystal bowls, wind chimes, harmonium, handpan, chakapas, roarers, and vocal tones. Drawing on the desert’s vast, distraction-free symbolism, this sonic and meditative experience becomes a canvas for visualization, inviting you to meet your parts with curiosity and attune to your intuition. The session builds toward a moment of surrender and renewal, affirming that everything is unfolding as it should.

A gentle integration circle follows, offering space for shared reflection to process insights and return to your day with clarity and calm.

What to Expect
