Class Overview

A bite-sized introduction to the magic of sound baths. In just 30 minutes, you’ll lie back (or sit if you prefer) while crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle gongs wash over you with healing frequencies. No experience needed—this is your low-pressure invitation to try a full-length session later. Show up, donate what feels good, and leave lighter.


What to Expect

  • Arrival: Come as you are. Mats, cushions, and blankets provided (bring your own if you like).

  • Set-up: Lie down or sit comfortably. Eye mask optional (we have extras).

  • The Journey: 25 minutes of pure sound—no talking, no movement required.

  • Closing: A soft chime ends the session; take a moment to return gently.

  • Departure: Slip out quietly or linger to chat. Total time: 30 minutes door-to-door.

Note

  • Arrive on Time — Please arrive promptly to give yourself time to settle in before the session begins.

  • Dress Comfortably — Wear cozy, layered clothing as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.

  • Nests — We have mats, pillows, and some blankets and bolsters. Bring your blankets and bolster if we run out. It can also be grounding to bring a blanket that you have a connection with.

  • Scents — Please refrain from strong odors (ie. perfumes, colognes, definitely no cucumber melon)

  • Stay Hydrated — Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.

  • Other Things
    — Blanket (We have some but if you have a blanket you’re connected with it may enhance your experience)
    — Journal
    — Crystals or anything you’d like to charge on the mesa,

  • And…Readiness to explore your world.
