Class Overview

  • Breathwork (Pranayama): Begin with guided pranayama techniques, including a 6 breaths per minute (6bpm) rhythm to enhance HRV, promoting balance in the autonomic nervous system. This intentional breathing practice helps reduce stress, improve focus, and prepare your body for deep relaxation.

  • Yoga Nidra Body Scan: Transition into a Yoga Nidra-inspired body scan, a meditative practice that promotes total relaxation by systematically guiding your awareness through the body. This practice fosters a state of conscious rest, reducing stress and encouraging mental clarity.

  • Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments. The harmonious vibrations wash over you, promoting emotional release, energetic balance, and a meditative state.

What to Expect

This class is suitable for all levels, requiring no prior experience. You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably, supported by props like blankets, bolsters, or cushions. The combination of 6bpm breathwork to optimize HRV, body scan, and sound bath creates a nurturing environment to de-stress, reconnect with yourself, and restore balance.
