Class Overview
This immersive and educational workshop is designed for anyone interested in learning the art of sound healing. You’ll get firsthand experience playing crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments like koshi chimes, and the wave/ocean drum. We’ll cover the basics of how sound baths work, how to create a safe and resonant space, and how to intuitively and mindfully guide a session. No experience necessary—just curiosity and a willingness to explore sound.

What to Expect
Theory and Science: An introduction to the theory and science behind sound healing
Guided Meditation: Experience a short, instructor-led sound bath to feel the calming effects of the bowls’ vibrations.
Hands-On Practice: Participants will have the opportunity to play different sizes and types of bowls, guided by an experienced instructor. You’ll learn basic techniques, such as striking and rimming, to produce resonant, soothing tones.
Playing in Space: Tips for intuitive playing, layering sound, and holding space.
Q&A: A chance to ask questions and connect with others interested in sound healing.
Exploration: Time for hands-on experimentation in a supportive environment.
Small Group Setting: Classes are kept intimate (8–12 participants) to ensure personalized attention and a supportive learning environment.

Instruments Provided: All instruments are provided during the workshop. If you already have your own bowl, feel free to bring it.
AND!!!…You’ll have the opportunity to perform at a special student recital class which is open to the public, where you can invite your friends and family to enjoy your mini sound bath.
