More About Graham

Class Overview

This experiential introduction takes you on a journey through multiple spiritual and meditative modalities, offering you a direct taste of practices from various wisdom traditions. You'll begin with gentle qigong to ground and awaken your body's energy, explore kundalini breathwork to activate your inner power, journey through the chakra system to understand your energetic anatomy, and practice simple energy sensing techniques. The heart of the session features an immersive sound bath enhanced with spatial audio technology, where you'll experience the meditative power of vibrational healing through crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, wave drum, handpan, and Koshi chimes. We'll conclude with a heart-opening group song that demonstrates the power of collective voice and shared intention. Each modality is introduced with context and guidance, creating a comprehensive overview perfect for beginners and curious practitioners alike.
