A cannabis-friendly sound bath journey blending sound, breathwork, meditation, and heartfelt connection to deepen your bond with yourself and everything.

Gather around the circle and join us for a unique weekly sound bath journey.

Sound Circle is a bit different from Graham’s traditional sound bath sessions. This is an experimental meditative playground where the overall experience is relaxed in nature, but very often leads to profound moments. It includes group sharing, new meditation styles, new soundbath instruments, yoga nidra, incense, reiki, chanting, mantra, qigong, toning, singing, humming, pranayama, and who knows what else. There’s always something new. All of this being explored, practiced, and workshopped for future events.

Together, we’ll experience the healing power of sound, breathwork, meditation, energy work, and heartfelt connection. If you’re ready to relax your mind, immerse in soothing vibrations, and build meaningful connections within a like-minded community, you are warmly welcomed.

Graham SlickNamed Best Sound Bath Experience by Willamette Week’s Best of Portland Readers’ Poll 2025.

A lifelong musician and spirit seeker, Graham has spent the past five years immersed in the world of sound baths, quickly emerging as a master of the form. His background in rhythm, creativity, and spiritual inquiry all converge to shape a style that’s as heart-centered as it is skillful. The circle opens with a blessing to the space and souls. We tune the body with simple seated stretches and breathwork.

With the sharing rattle we share and reflect on being mindful and present or other topic. Occasionally we'll release a cathartic collective "yell".

Part 3 — Sound Bath Meditation
A guided meditation with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, and miscellaneous shamanic instruments.

Part 4 — 2 Minute Meditation Sprint
We gently enter a 2 minute seated meditation after our cleansing sound journey.

Part 5 — Energy Work
Depending on time and the collective energy we'll dive back into the sound bath, which transitions into energy work with wind chimes, Graham's "zesting", and closing of the circle.

Part 6 — Farewell Song & Integration
Group goodbye song and conclude with sharing experiences in a supportive circle.

Goodbye Song

Goodbye, So long, Farewell my friends
