This immersive experience blends a medicinal adaptogenic mushroom tea ceremony and guided meditation with the resonant vibrations of sound healing to foster deep connection and rejuvenation.

Jason, a Licensed Massage Therapist and intuitive healer, brings his passion for sacred plant medicine, particularly medicinal mushrooms, to this unique event. His approach to healing emphasizes slowing down to connect with the body and spirit. Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic and native instruments, Jason will guide you into a meditative state, creating space for you to connect with your body and find a new balance with inner harmony.

Jason Lasley — Over a decade of experience working with bodies and sacred plant medicines.

Jason believes that the first step in healing the body is to slow down and quiet the mind so we can actually be in the body. Once we are in the body we can begin to listen and meet the body where it is so that we can give our body what it needs. Whether it's stretching, a walk, water, or a hug.

When we unravel these old patterns and begin to give the body what it is asking for, we can begin to find freedom from pain, whether it's physical or emotional. Over the last 14 years his experience growing medicinal and gourmet mushrooms has further planted his feet in the realms of healing, which is his life's work.

Class Overview

The Mushroom Meditation & Sound Healing experience, led by Jason Lasley at Aloka — Sound Bath House in Portland offers a unique 2-hour experience. In this experience we will offer a mushroom tea which we will infuse with your intentions during our opening meditation. What are you calling into life? Jason’s intuitive approach fosters a sacred space for relaxation, introspection, and connection with the self and nature.
