Escape the midday lull with our "Siesta Snooze" class, where participants enjoy a rejuvenating nap accompanied by the soft sounds of a crystal singing bowl sound bath. This session is designed to guide you into a beautiful rest, promoting relaxation and renewed energy for the rest of your day.

Expect a passionate, playful, and deeply thoughtful guide who brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to every session.


Objectives

  • Facilitate a deep, restorative nap to combat midday fatigue.

  • Utilize crystal singing bowl sound therapy to enhance relaxation and sleep quality.

  • Provide a peaceful break to recharge during the day.

Schedule

  • Introduction (5 minutes): Brief overview and settling in.

  • Guided Nap with Sound Bath (50 minutes): Nap with continuous crystal singing bowl accompaniment.

  • Gentle Wake-Up (5 minutes): Soft transition back to wakefulness.

Note

  • Arrive on Time — Please arrive promptly to give yourself time to settle in before the session begins.

  • Dress Comfortably — Wear cozy, layered clothing as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.

  • Nests — Bring your yoga mat, bolster, pillow, and blankets.

  • Stay Hydrated — Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.

  • Other Things — Journal, Crystals or anything you’d like to charge on the mesa, and…Readiness to explore your inner world.
