This immersive sound-based session uses soothing vibrations and harmonious tones to create a calming atmosphere, helping you align your mind, body, and spirit. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a gentle yet powerful way to begin your day with intention and tranquility.


What to Expect

  • Guided Relaxation: Graham will lead you through a calming introduction to settle your mind and prepare for the soundbath.

  • Immersive Sound Experience: Expect a blend of instruments such as singing bowls, harmonium, and chimes, creating a rich tapestry of sound to envelop you.

  • Comfortable Setting: Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion to lie down or sit comfortably in a peaceful space.

  • Mindful Transition: The session concludes with a gentle transition to help you carry the calm and focus into your day.

  • Duration: Approximately 60 minutes, designed to fit seamlessly into your morning routine.

  • Stay Hydrated — Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.

  • Nourishment — Oranges or other seasonal nourishment will be provided. (If you want to bring snacks for others, it will be appreciated but not expected)
