Objectives
Facilitate a deep, restorative nap to combat midday fatigue.
Utilize crystal singing bowl sound therapy to enhance relaxation and sleep quality.
Provide a peaceful break to recharge during the day.
Schedule
Introduction (5 minutes): Brief overview and settling in.
Guided Nap with Sound Bath (50 minutes): Nap with continuous crystal singing bowl accompaniment.
Gentle Wake-Up (5 minutes): Soft transition back to wakefulness.

Arrive on Time — Please arrive promptly to give yourself time to settle in before the session begins.
Dress Comfortably — Wear cozy, layered clothing as your body temperature may drop during deep relaxation.
Nests — Bring your yoga mat, bolster, pillow, and blankets.
Stay Hydrated — Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated before and after the session.
